Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. Book a Plovdiv tour through one, from an Old Town walk to a Bachkovo monastery day trip, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link tours we would recommend to a friend.

Which Links Here Earn A Commission

Every tour card on this site carries an affiliate link. Click through from a listing for the Old Town walk, a Kapana food tour or a Bachkovo day trip, and that click goes to a live booking page. Book there, and we may earn a commission from the booking platform at no extra cost to you, since the price you pay is the same either way. Not every outbound link earns: references to the Municipality of Plovdiv, official museum pages and other public sources are plain citations. Prices, ratings and review counts shown alongside each tour come from the listing itself, and the operator sets them, not us. Our write-ups stay our own, commission or no commission.

Where No Money Moves

Plenty of what we point to earns nothing at all. Official museum and heritage-site pages sell their own tickets, so we link straight to them. Wandering Kapana, the Main Street or the hills of the Old Town needs no booking and no fee, and neither does our guidance on buses and trains, where we name the service and link nothing. Plain links sit beside the affiliate ones, never hidden behind them.

What Money Never Buys Here

No operator pays to appear on this site, and no tour can buy its ranking or its category. What gets listed, and in what order, is an editorial call based on what each experience offers and how guests have rated it. Ratings and review counts are the booking pages' own published figures, reproduced only where they are real and nothing more. Practical details such as opening hours, entry tickets and transport come from official sources, including the Municipality of Plovdiv and the Old Plovdiv authorities, and anything those sources do not confirm stays off the page.
